There are two primary reasons why we sell our properties:

• Money is needed for another use and cannot be obtained without selling
• Another investment will better fit the investor’s needs

Most real estate investors are slow to sell. A buy-and-hold strategy may be successful over a long period of time, but it does little to maximize you income. When selling, the biggest consideration should be exchange value.
